Only dues-paying members living in Evanston or the District 65/202 school boundaries are eligible to vote. Members paying dues in 2007 or 2008 may renew at the door. All others must join by November 28th to be eligible to vote. Voting must be conducted in person; no proxy voting. For more information please see the DPOE By-Laws.
