We had a small group this time, due to some last minute cancellations, but still managed some progress.

The meeting began with a drupal tutorial for the staging web site. We went over editing and creating pages and blog postings. The tutorial evolved into a discussion about evolving the web site, so we created an outline of the current structure and discussed possible changes on the way to our "final" goal. Adam agreed to email the outline to Committee member for further development.

Also, we discussed the comment policy decided upon in the previous board meeting. Fayette agreed to write the comment policy and enter it into the staging site.

Update: I forgot to mention that Ginny agreed to write content for the Membership page.

As the meeting was running long, we did not decide upon a launch date for the new site or discuss software component upgrades.
